Every Saturday from 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm you can join the Forest Riding Club for 3 hour group riding for 30.00 each.

New adventures every Saturday. We are gearing up for Spring and we will be learning how to work with horses and most of all ride horses. This will help you get up to speed on trail riding adventures. Lessons in all disciplines.

Forest Horse Stable Now Accepting New Boarders
Stall Fees are: 325.00
Includes turnout; indoor riding arena; endless trails near Kanawha State Forest.
We have trail guides to assist all newcomers.
We have trainers to assist with issues or problems you may have with your horse.
We have experienced people on hand to help with injured horses or older horses that need special care. We are here to serve you the customer and give your horse the best of care possible.
If you have a need for special care for your horse..call us we can help.
Horse Training 525.00 mo. includes stall fee, turnout fee, and 1 to 2 hours of training a day.

Directions.....
From Corridor G exit the Davis Creek Exit and turn left. Go past the IGA and you will see a car wash on the left, turn left after the car wash onto Davis Creek Road, Kanawha Forest Sign should be there. Go 2 miles you will see Shamrock Stables on the right, turn onto the road above Shamrock to the right. You will go another 2 miles approximately, cross an iron bridge and Forest Riding Club is on the left after you cross the bridge. Dark brown Barns and house is ranch style house brick and dark brown wood siding. The indoor arena is on the left right after crossing the bridge so you know where you are.
If you just want to come and visit on a Saturday to see what it's like, that's fine too. We are always happy to see children come visit the horses.

We have been in business for over 25 years...experienced Boarding Stable including lessons in all disciplines. Our goal is to build a strong relationship between horses and people of all ages and to encourage people to get outside and share adventures and new experiences in our State Forest.
